Love and peace are not mere sentiments or fine words. They are two forces capable of transforming people, reconciling communities and rebuilding nations.

True love recognises the dignity of every human being. It rejects hatred, humiliation, discrimination and indifference. It teaches us to listen before judging, to understand before condemning, and to forgive without renouncing justice. Where love grows, violence gradually loses its power.
Peace is a work of justice
Peace does not simply mean the absence of war. It refers to a society in which everyone can live without fear, have their rights respected and build their future. It is based on justice, dialogue, solidarity and respect for differences.
Therefore, there can be no lasting peace without love. Agreements can silence weapons, but only love can heal wounds, restore trust and bring hearts closer. Likewise, love that does not seek justice risks remaining an emotion without real transformative power.
Peace begins in everyday relationships: within the family, in the neighbourhood, at school, at work and in institutions.
Change begins in our relationships
Every respectful word, every gesture of solidarity and every conflict resolved through dialogue contributes to building a better world.
Our societies need leaders who serve with love, citizens who reject hatred, and a youth educated in fraternity. They need men and women capable of transcending their personal interests to seek the common good.
Choosing peace is an act of courage
Choosing love is not a sign of weakness. It is having the courage not to respond to violence with violence. Choosing peace is not about running away from problems, but about confronting them with justice, truth and humanity.
Love disarms hearts. Peace brings people together. Together, they pave the way for dignity, development and hope.
Construisons donc la paix par l’amour, car un monde véritablement glorieux est d’abord un monde dans lequel chaque personne peut vivre, aimer et espérer sans crainte.
